Requesting a map

In short, if someone has the time, I need a 8P map, with walls all around the bases, and each area within the walls need 5 oil features. The map should be 250x250 (flat is OK) and each player should have all the units possible pre-made. All the units will be enclosed in the walls. Each area only needs 1 HQ, and nothing else, besides the oil features.
