hi..am new to wz2100.is there any mod that allows a stripped-down version of the game.

It's one of the nice things about Warzone you have a lot of choice. If you want to do less research you are kind of missing the most important part of winning. If you play low oil you research less since you have to balance building units and such.

Yeah, but I think he wants like a mod where, for example, one of the cannon damage upgrades counts as the three upgrades, or that the upgrades are global (boosting damage, ROF and accuracy at the same time). Probably the most frustrating part for people who don't like researching is that there are some hundreds of items, usually more than dozens to choose from at one given time, and this can often confuse unexperienced players.
