Erm, no, I switch them around for fun... :P The label doesn't mean anything except whether or not I'm staff.

Quite a few devs rarely use the forums (e.g. Cyp has exactly one post). They communicate on the ML or IRC. Ari was the one who first got Warzone working on Mac OS X.

I can assure EVERYONE that reads this that joining the staff isn't a joke or matter of "knowing the right people". Those guys are making a really serious job here, I don't know why people still keep asking "why is that guy a dev, he never visits the forums..." :|

I'm not angered by your post, Daltx, I'm just wondering, what's the real point of raising such questions, much like Crymson did, asking if Zarel was "demoted" (I actually thought it was a joke in the first moments)?

I was going to joke with a :lol2: but then, if it was true, then that would have been not the right smiley to use, so I used O_o instead.

A small corretion that I see fit, please don't take it as an offense. This is general discussion - I could quote the board description but I believe you should have read that some time ago -, and I believe that Zarel is almost splitting the topic by this time, also.

Let's do our part on it and help the topic stay get back on focus (if that's still possible), ok? I'll do my part: after all, I've already said what I think about launching Warzone using a command line. (And something else, but that I regret and apologize for) :)

I'm not sure I understand this poll. Does anyone launch a mod via a command prompt? But then what does editing/creating a shortcut to a mod count as?
