i aint played this game since the origional back on the playsatioon 1! haha an was at work browsinthe net an i found u guys, an since have downloaded the source code an have modded a little ... BUT i was wonderin if u guys could point me in the direction of some good mod programs fer the latest release, i dont mind txt editin but am a little lazy lol
also on the subject of skavs there a bit of a marmite situation goin on wiv em right but i friggin love em,m those little dudes have some serious potetnial also a good pie editor would b amazin
have some awesom ideas but ill let ma work talk fer itsef soon as i got stuff t show, seems every1 is workin on skav mods right so i thought id have a go too ..

That was horrible, I think you should speak english if you seek help, most users around do so.
Anyway, I think you should try flaTE to edit any text files, and search info about how to import/export pies, because there definetely isn't a *good* pie editing tool. Most of the info you've asked for is around you, just search a bit and you'll find the answers!
