Bugs in WZ2100 2.3 beta 10

After playing single games, I encountered seveal bugs, and these bugs really annoyed me.

1. I played in original balanced 1.10 mod, and I found the damage for the weapons are differenced from the original 1999 warzone 2100 game(I have the orignal game disk) such as for Lancer the orginal damage is 163, but in the new 2.3 beta 10 it's 332(more or less)

2. I played with a commander who commands 22 units. I set return in light damage but sometimes in combat they don't come back for repairing even in heavy damage. I have to click return in light damage button several times so they decide to come back

3. When some units came back waiting for repairing, they just stick in the ground and never moved. No matter what I do, they just stick there as dead. But if I save the game and then load it, they came back to live again

the second and third bugs are not in the original 1999 games.

I want to thank you all for the wonderful work to let this game came back to life. My father and I are big fan for this game for more than 10 years. We really want to help you to make this game better and better. We know there are some bugs in it and we want to help you to find them.

Use S to bring them back to life.

Those second and third bugs are well known... someone needs to go and fix them already. :|

First I would like to say Thank You for all the great work the team put into this game. Beta 10 is the best especially now that we can host 8 players.

A problem with multiplayer is often everyone stops moving during the game and about 5 minutes after that the game will finally say everyone left. I have noticed this only happens when somebody joins the game and leaves before the game is launched, then another player with a different ip joins the game and takes the same position as the player that left. The error report will state the player that is not in the game (left lobby) but does not state the player that took that players position and was actually in the game. This has happened when hosting anywhere from 4 to 8 players including myself. This bug is easily reproduced because if happens every time per above example.

If a player leaves the game before the game is launched then comes back to same position, the above problem does not happen providing he has the same ip.

I could submit a ticket but I post it here instead because the players name that replaced the player that exit does not show in the error report. If this is not clear I could submit a ticket with a avi video so this problem could be better understood.

Suddenly got 100k power in campaign gamma 4

Campaign, gamma 4 (?)

Gamma 4 (I think) - the screen after you hide in the valley to avoid the nuke. Almost immediately on starting, I got the nexus speech and a 'Power transferred' notification; my power went up to 100k.

This looks like it wasn't meant to happen. Before and after savegames attached.

To reproduce:

Restore and take a look at the 'Campaign27a' savegame. See the 100k power.

Load the 'Campaign27' savegame and, build some VTOLs and attack gamma base. You should ge the nexus speech and then the extra 100k power.

Other things I noticed:

- The repair towers at Gamma base were owned by me (i.e. green), not Nexus. One of the nexus tanks was sitting outside the wall in front of the base trying to shoot it.

- I got another shot of $100,000 (IIRC) after doing the 'rescue team alpha' mission.

- Nexus VTOL bombers often lost interest after attacking and landed next to my bases. I've also seen this behaviour with bombers in skirmish games, and with my bombers on the last level of campaign Beta.

- Artillery attached to commanders would often lose their attachments. Re-selecting the group and assigning it woke them up (note that there's already a trac about this).

- I'm seeing some skirmish messages make their appearance in campaign. For example, an implementation detail of the campaign scripts leaks out - Black starts out allied to green and breaks this alliance at the beginning of Gamma 4. Messages to this effect show up in the transacript (see attached file). This is more of a cosmetic issue than anything serious.

I've got savegames of most points in Campaign Gamma and (probably) the last few levels of Beta. If interested I can probably put together some savegames that demonstrate these.

TRACs for these anyone?
