Still Crashing when loading game.

After playing a long game, and saving it some times, it finally cannot be loaded, the game just crashes.

This bug is still there (it was also there on v2.2.4) please, tell me what information do you need, and I'll send.

This bug is one of the most annoying ones in my opinion, but I understand that it may be the most difficult to fix... At least I think that after finding out that it's still on the Beta 10.

Make a ticket, and give us as much information as possible.

Then attach any logs (stderr.txt & warzone2100.rpt) files, and if you have a savegame, attach that whole savegame name directory + savegamename.es + savegamename.gam in a zip (or 7zip or tar or...) and hopefully, we can replicate it.

Yes, I already had read that one...

On Windows, you can find stderr.txt & warzone2100.RPT (crash dump file) in the same directory as warzone2100.exe is in.

It isn't there... the .rpt doesn't exist on my warzone dir!

Hmm... then it is either a video / sound driver crash, or a stack overflow crash.

Those are the only crashes that our crash handler can't "catch".

I see... It may be one of those, the bad thing is that the error window that I get is that well-known silly window that tells "this program has an error and must close" without explaining why...

Those are almost always driver related crashes.
