Original Speeds mod (need testers)

This is a mod for those who don't really like the current speeds and want to revert to the old ones. But I need people to see whether it actually works. If it runs on your computer, great.

Any help with converting it to a wz. file without problems would be appreciated. :)

IMPORTANT: Mod should run in plain folder format.

EDIT: Excuse the mix-up with the "mp3" title. I was being a bit absent-minded. That was the previous name for the mod.

what is the problem in converting?
it is a easy process you just mimic the directory structure and package it as a .wz
