why in all of hell and heaven has wz2120 not been worked on!

I just cant believe why warzone 2120 has not been worked on since pumpkin studios was closed but the original keeps getting updated!!!!!!

due to the fact warzone 2120 was just vapourware. the original is being worked on due to the fact the community pleaded for quite some time for the release of the source and eventually received it...wz2120 wasnt included in the source. we cant work on that we dont have. ok?

. Unfortunately, development stopped completely in 2004, when the source code was released.

. Kreuvf, the leader of the development of the Warzone 2120 mod, is a moderator on this forum, and an active member. Perhaps you can ask him what happened to that project.

Too bad that was never released. This is why more things should be open-source - if you ever stop, someone else can pick up where you leave off...
