On the "reg" error... could be that after you installed the C++ redistributable pkg.... you have to re-boot your comp..
On the .pcx error - it's come up before but at the moment I can't recall what causes it or how to fix ... but it is a problem in that it should not happen if all is working properly. Let me think on it some - see if I can jog the old brain into remembering. In the meanwhile, perhaps one of the other folks who use 32EW can recall the solution. Lav_Coyote usually drops by later in the day and he might remember about that .pcx error.

IIRC, EW32 was compiled with .NET 2003, debug builds, I am not 100% sure that the 2008 has all the needed files. And too bad there is no easy way to tell, unless you find a clean OS, and try to install EW32 again on it. (Though, I guess a VM of windows would do the trick, so, there is a easy way, but I don't have the time to test).
