I just realised, that the EMP weapon isn't in the database pumpkin provided. Why is this?

Erm, no, but if you take the datafiles that come with the game, and rename .txt to .csv, you end up with decent spreadsheets to edit.

But the datafiles I were working with were from the v1.10 game. Should there not have been EMP, super cyborgs, aa laser etc?

Well, what did you take them from? warzone.wdg? They're in the mod files - december99.wdg or something like that.
