This mod fixes the Command Turret Upgrade issue, so when you research higher Command Turret Upgrades, it automatically apply the upgrade, making it stronger.
I decreased the price of the Command Turret prices (Not Research), since they are too expensive (hope Zarel agree with that)
The rest is the same thing. Hope this fix can be applied to 2.3 Beta 9 or further releases.

In latest beta8 Zarel already lowered the price from 500 to 250, but it still pretty expensive

Nope, it's not applied automatically since the improvements are big improvements, and you need to pay full price to get them.
Feel free to continue maintaining this as a mod, but I'm not implementing it.
