If you provide us the infrastructure or pay us a second server i'm fine with this! :3

However, the server started to throw randomly kernel panics (probably related to KVM) and I wasn't able to bring it back in a stable state. Because this wasn't the first time we had trouble with Debian as KVM guest, I'm giving now Ubuntu Server a try, since it's way more up to date and the Ubuntu KVM Host works also very well.

All services will go up today, only the forum attachments will take a little while to upload.

Actually, it was quite possible that i would need to replay a backup from December 13th, 2009, since this was my last Physical backup (i make once a month). Because one day after the server crash, my desktop HDD (containing the fresh made wz2100.net backup) died. Well, luckily I was able to recover it from there as well...

How much data is the back up? maybe some cheap HD would be enough for a double back up?
