incompatible mod error

I keep getting this error when me and my friend try play a LAN game on WarZone 2100 2.3 Beta7


we only run the stock setup of the 2.3 Beta7 no extra mods or anything else
I never had this problem with any of the previous patches

I have tried uninstalling WZ from both PC's and removed all folders for the game

I even ran a registry cleaner to make sure nothing was left of the game
then I reinstalled WZ 2100 2.3 beta7 on both PC's we get the same error

I have installed WZ 2.3 beta7 on another PC and I get the same error also I have swap
out witch computer host's to make sure it wasn't the host PC doing it.

most of the time we can just back out of the game and relaunch and it will go ahead and play without
popping up the error but about 90% of the time it does this.

PC 1 specs

OS: Vista Premium SP2
Processor: AMD Dual Core 2.5 GHz
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 2600
RAM: 3,000 DDR
Drivers: up to date

PC 2 specs

OS: XP SP3
Processor: Intel Pentium 4, 3.00 GHz
Video Card: Intel 82865G Graphics controller (built in to mother board)
RAM: 1,000 DDR
Drivers: up to date

did you try beta 6 or 5? does it do the same thing?

only on beta 7 beta 5 and 6 I didn't have this problem
also there seem to be some Sync problems with beta 7 but not as bad as 6

also the score for the human players always stays at 0 but the AI's seem to work fine is this a glitch or part of the new patch?

also some times when I am building something it take around 5 min the power for it is there but the yellow bar for building doesn't move
I have tried restarting the build but it only fixes the problem some of the times and it does this on random items like turrets, buildings, radar towers etc. but it only does this every so often and to random people in the game

I know this is a beta I was just posting the error I got so you would know it was there.
