Sometimes when i selected tracking camera after selected some units it creates abnormal camera rotations:

is it bug?
Also, is there any hotkeys to delete saved games (not deleting in documents folder)

Those crazy camera rotations happen only when you select more units, or VTOL.
Tracking is made so you can control a single unit using driving mode(SHIFT+D).

Shift+D is a cheat code; you need to enable cheats first.
KuKY was wrong when he said the tracking camera was only for drive mode. It's for tracking units, although it's really designed to track only one.

I think driving mode should be enabled without debug mode.
