Personally, I do fine with RMB, and I have inverted mouse buttons set up...

Hmmm... I mean sure it is not absolutely impossible to play, but it gets extremely annoying after a while 
It not only that you often have to order commands twice since it rotated the camera a little bit instead, but also that you have a shifting camera view all the time which makes it hard to really get a quick overview on what is happening by first glance.
Is it really so hard to change this? I doubt there will be any players unhappy about the change (there might be a few like you who simply don't care).
