How can I get help from my AI alliance in Skirmish game?

He can only send units to you.
Place a becon (Pointer over location, ALT+H) on place you want AI to send some of his units.
Then in chat type "help me" and AI (all allied AIs) will send some units to help you.
Do not repeat too often.

Power can be sent, but AI won't do that.

ohh a question i need to do a alliance with an ai in the skirmish that is possible i dont know (i dont use the locked teams option i only use the alliance button)

You can.
Then it uses... something to decide will he or won't get in alliance with you.
I don't know how, but I think by some of following:
  • How many alliances you already have.
  • How strong are you (your score probably)
  • If you have attack tanks in his base, then he will get in alliance with you. But it won't last long.

I've always found the ai to be quite a backstabber when playing alliance mode. One moment me and the ai are holding our own at one of our bases against attack from other teams and then all of a sudden my ally will break the alliance and join the others that were trying to kill me in the first place.

If you want to play single player with allied ai then I suggest aivolution, there are a few commands that you can use to communicate with your allies.
