the new 2.3 beta dont works on my pc!!!!(help)

i downloaded the new 2.3 beta 3 i installed it but check what is new i go to the skirmish menu i find a option to play with scavangers that give a good impression but when i going to play the game close and put a message window that say me something like this "runtime c/c++ library" and error like that i dont remember i think that just for skirmish but i tried to play in campaign but the same has ocurred can you guys give me a solution to this problem please

hey just wait me because i need to do a lot in this month and i can put the error the installer brings me i going to download again because i erased the beta version

i dont know but the problem has been soluted i erased the installer and downloaded again and i installed it and now works so good!!!!!
