At slow times, there might not always be someone hosting. Just refresh a few times, you'll eventually see games.

Also, keep in mind that most of the community are students. It's near the end of the year, so people are pretty much occupied with final exams and researches and this kind of stuff, most probably.
I say that because I've noticed an overall decrease on forum activity as well. Some weeks ago, I'd use to get about 10-15 "topic reply notifications", and there were usually more than a single response. Yesterday, for example, I've got only 3 or 4 notifications

I dont understand why the IRC channel always has like 30+ people in it, but no one ever chats in there. Its like all of them are AFK all the time...
