Very impressive work, guys. Looks like a fun way to destroy some spare time.
Found a bug: v2.2.1 Archlinux AMD64 nVidia 8500GT(in twinview 2560x1024 res) on Gnome 2.28.
Was interrupted by Skype, coming up with message from the desktop, so it dropped from twin screen to single screen(left), then recovered the display, but objects on the right screen were not selectable.

The devs on this game are overworked and underpaid, lol
Could you please check if you can repeat the crash and if so, could you run the game using the debug all command and posting the logs here.
sounds like a very specific bug and they may ask you to make a ticket for it, but this gets things rolling.
I appologise for the work, this is sort of a self help deal as much as we can manage to save the devs more work than they already have =)

This sounds like an issue with your twinview software or graphics driver. You should report the issue to them, not us; there's nothing we can do about it.
