I can understand why this is locked, but why stickied? And why in Ideas/suggestions? It belongs in Showcase (or Modding, since it was never released).

It is a overall idea, is it not? Since there is no actual mod, then it isn't a mod, and Showcase is only for completed stuff...
That leaves this area. The reason for the sticky is for other people to get inspired from this stuff.

If it's to get people inspired, well, since it's to get modders inspired, it belongs in Mapping/Modding, and this I've moved it there.
