So,
Would it be possible to make a file called
iniresearch.txt were you would have 2 columns
#1 for the initial research ID
#2 for the author code (the little useless number)
R-Wpn-MG1Mk1,101
R-Sys-Engineering01,101
R-Sys-Sensor-Turret01,101
and this will tell the game that these will be the initial researches to make available in the game instead of having them hardcoded?

They're not hardcoded; they're in the scripts.

Sorry, "the skirmish scripts are in a folder called skirmish" was all I knew offhand.
