I believe that it would be easy to realize, and it could be useful.
Modders could make bodies specialized for VTOL-s,Hovers and Tracks.

For example,an imagined bodyBulletMagnet wrote:huh?
Speed modificators are:
vtol-175
hover-125
track-200
half track-150
wheel-150
HP modificators are:
vtol-100
hover-50
track-100
half track-75
wheel-75
That body would fast up unit, but reduce it's HP for most propulsions.

personaly i think its fine the way it is.
speed is determined by the weight of the body and the propultion type used
hit points are determined by the weapon you mount and the propultion type used.
to be honest a brick is a brick whether its flying thru the air or laying on the ground.

The speed is also affected by the engine output of the body and a weird "volume modifier" Zarel mentioned somewhere else. The plans are to eradicate this modifier, I think. Also, the hitpoints are heavily affected by the body, not only determined by the turret and propulsion, as you stated.GiGaBaNE wrote:personaly i think its fine the way it is.

HP is affected by weapon + body * propulsion, to be exact.Olrox wrote:The speed is also affected by the engine output of the body and a weird "volume modifier" Zarel mentioned somewhere else. And you can fortunately disregard the volume modifier by building it into the engine output.
