i actually got that too in my 2.2.2; i'm packing 100% ATI/AMD parts (HD4850). the log file spammed away about missing texture pages, and i do mean spammed; ever wondered how i got that 1.7GB log file?
fortunately, problems went away with the advent of 2.2.3.
use that instead.
