Orginal additional psx music track

I found in my old files selections the orginal psx music track and would like to provide you this, but the .ogg file is about 13MB. Any suggestions?

1. Make sure it's not the psx track on the Moddb page:

2. Make sure it's legal to post it on the forums.
3. .ogg files have several compression levels. You could try Mediacoder or something similar.
