I am refraining from voting because I have not played a game of Warzone that's ended in a T3 artillery stalemate.

The hovercraft suddenly moves in a way it normally doesn't when a shot gets close to hitting it (but it only does this sometimes) and then moves back to exactly where it started, like it was temporarily possessed or something. And how will this look when it is already moving, with many other hovercraft packed tightly around it (which may or may not be doing the same thing)? I can't really see how this could look right or how much work that would take if it could.

You micro you hovers but the slow moving howitzer artillery shots visible track and follow them as they fall through the air. That won't look right either, canon shells are not homing.
Yeah, that's an issue. I'm not entirely sure how to deal with it.
Maybe it brings us back to tracks being the artillery-resistant platform.

Well, I guess that's it, then.

Per, unless you have anything else to say, I think we're not going to have artillery-resistant hovercraft.

The problem with this is even if you implement some animation to show the hover "dodging" the artillery it wouldn't make any sense if for instance the hover vehicle is stationary; it would look retarded.

I guess I will have to finish the ECM code then.
