1v1 League Round 2

Round 2 starts Monday , Aug 10, and will run two weeks again. This round will require sign-ups to be done before the league starts, have them in by Sunday. I'll post a list of signed up players first thing Monday. Rules for round 2 have changed slightly.

1: Games must be played with T1, non-mayhem, normal energy, no base settings.
2: Games may only include human players.
3: Fog of War is up to the players.
4: Games must be played on map from the current map pool. (below)
5: If the game starts, it's legal.
6: If the game DC's then it's just that, a DC. Restart, no points.
7: Players are encouraged to play best of three matches, but are not required.
8: Winning player reports game, including map, opponent name, and optional battle report.
9: Players may contest false reports, but must have proof. (screenshot)
10: Cheaters will be handled as needed. Both those that cheat in-game and in-ladder.
11: Play often.

Players can use whatever methods they have at their disposal to setup the matches (irc, X-Fire, post here). As always though, report wins here so I can tally points. GL HF DD GG.

I do encourage the use of screenshot of game setups before start, another of the player list some time after game starts, and a final of the end of game screen. This helps protect you against players reporting false wins Vs. you.

Again, I'm not going to play in this round, not enough players yet. When we get over the 12 player mark, I'll join in, until then this is for you guys.

It's cause I know you're a good player. You can play at your leisure with no obligations to accept challenges. You don't have to go to X-Chat for games either. Only opened it to give more exposure. Thanks Zarel, you're a peach.

I'm really not that good of a player. I managed to defeat you on truck rush once, but that was only because you didn't know much about the strategy and how to counter it. I pretty much always lose to anyone skilled. =/

Hah, right! Anyone who can defeat Zarel counts as "skilled" and can join the league. Sounds like the role I was always meant to be in.

the only way to get better is to practice, practice, practice... and when you think your good enuff...practice some more... and in the meantime use your online gaming as a form of practice.... oh did i mention practice.... xD
