How can i get edit world?

ok, so this is my very first topic and post ever...

Anyway i would like to know where to get editworld beacuse i have searched before and i cannot find it...

and i would like a list of the programs i need to get editworld to work (if any is needed).

this may be a common question but i am haveing problems finding the awnser.

please help me as warzone 2100 is my favroite game and the first one i played when it came out on the ps1, and now i would like to contribute to the commutity and the game by building maps and helping to rebuild the game.

ok thanks but how do i run edit world (i havent downloaded the 16 bit edit world) ethier so i dont know how to run it and i cant see it in the tutorials

the folder that says "beta world Editor 32 bit -128 by128 -png" it has only the Option to uninstall it and nothing else.

Or should i say where can i get edit world. coz i have the 32bit beta but i dont know how to open it.

ok, ive been reading a hell of alot of stuff how edit world works :-S

but how can i get it to run, now somewhere i read something about dixvex 6 or thinymabob.

and i cant find the progam i need to run edit world, i have the 32bit beta installed but have no program to run it with, so please someone send me the link for the program required so us not so smart people

,can use edit world.

- What happens when you try to launch 32EW ? Do you get any ERROR Message(s) ?

- 32EW does require a set of resident .dlls (in particular, the C++ Runtime library package) but other
than that you should be good to go.

You may need to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86)..... 32EW needs runtime .dlls from this pkg. to work.

ok i downloaded that and ran it. i still have on the uninstall option from the start menu and no icon on the desktop for Edit World.

You can always make a desktop shortcut-icon yourself by right-clicking the .exe... but more importantly - did you install the Updated EditWorld 32EW .exe for 2.x ??

No i didn't , that would be the problem. But i can't figure out where to save the file to and/or what do i do with that file?

Sounds like you have to figure-out what directory 32EW was installed in. Might have been your "Programs" directory. You can do a search to find it. Look for editworld32

but i do get an error when it starts that says reg entries not found. is this a problem?
