How to make VTOLs?

How do I make them? I've researched them and built the VTOL factory, but it there isn't anything in the VTOL factory. So can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to build VTOLs?

in the design menu there will be a new propulsion "vtol" ;)

Cough. I've been gradually making links to the Documents Project harder to find, since it mainly contains information about the retail version, much of it which no longer applies.

It's currently mentioned in the User Guide tab.

ok - what exactly is different... is the manual no longer in use? what has changed. what other info is there that is needed for this warzone 2100 ( new releases.)?? xD
