MSVC Development package-broken link

Hello to all of the developers of Warzone 2100. I am new here and I am trying to compile the source code using MSVC. I am following the Windows compile guide, but there seems to be a broken link to the development package. http://download.gna.org/warzone/develop ... .1/msvc80/ Is there any way I can get the development package for MSVC. If not, I'll have to stick to MinGW, but I really don't want to. Thanks!
