WZ has no built-in game recording. You have to use an external app like Frap or HyperCam or SnagIt, etc. You could get better results doing it
thru hardware like this tut explains (if you already know how just ignore): Part 1 TUT

Screen Caps - you can use the "Print Screen" key which defaults screen shots to a folder named Screen dumps in the "documents and Settings / <current user>" directory in WIN..... then make a shortcut to the folder is one way to access quickly. Or you can use an external app like HyperSnap.
