Game ends after 1:06

Game ends after 1:06

Every time I play multiplayer over LAN, at 1:06 (1 hour, 6 minutes), it will say either me or the other person has left the game. I don't know what is going on. Could the map be bugged? We always play the 8 player squares map.

Tried version 2.1.2 and 2.1.3. It only happens on 8c-squared map.

That's really weird. Can you post your stdout.txt/stderr.txt?

I have experienced the similar problem.

Ubuntu 8.10
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T5250 @ 1.50GHz
GeForce 8600M GS

But the time is not 1 hour and 6 minutes, at least not every time. My machine is Ubuntu 8.10, and my friend's machine is Windows XP Professional with SP3. We both play Warzone 2.1.3, connecting via a wireless router. Whoever hosts, after a period of time, the host is informed that the guest has exited, and all units belonging to the guest is gone, while the guest can still see the units of the host. This happens every time we connect!

It should be in the same directory as the Warzone binary. Also see if you can get a warzone2100.rpt file, too.

Any details?
How big was your force?
You sure you tried 2.1.3?

I need to look at the logs to gather anymore information about the issue.

I think this bug has something to do with the power process, since this is asserted right before it crashes:

This was removed by gerard_ in r7097, so I don't know if that would fix this bug, or just make it harder to detect.

Ugh. I really want to fix this, but it's so hard to when I don't experience it myself. It's easily reproducible, though; it seems everyone to whom this bug happens to always has it happen at exactly the same time. What's going on?

If it is based on time, then I would think it is a overflow condition someplace.

I am using ubuntu 8.10 to play warzone2100 which i downloaded from getdeb.net

similar happened with mine too..
but i was playing a single player skimish with computer generally 4 players map
every time after same time interval game exits without a message
