It took me ages to find some of the tools required for warzone modding. Many of the sites linked elsewhere have disappeared. I've uploaded the ones I'm using to a new site but if anyone wants to add some links to this thread that would be a good idea.

Official Resurrection Project Tools

Contains:
WDG Explorer (Unpack original game/mod WDG packages. Extract required_system_ocx_files.zip to same folder)
WZCK (Pack original game/mod WDG packages. Extract required_system_ocx_files.zip to same folder)

Note that those last two are only required for modding of the original game.
