aside from that I don't think custom playlists work yet, it seems none of your songs have any file extensions? I think you'll have to write the complete file name of the song, including the extension for it to work, and also that all the songs have to be in .ogg format, to my knowledge .mp3's won't work.

Custom playlists do work, I have one that works fine.
I also find that if there is some music in your music folder that isn't in the playlist then you end up with no music.

At first
which version are you using?

then
the "path=" parameter will set a path, for the following entries
so warzone is trying to search for "D:/Musik/Mix/Martins Elektro Chillout Allstars/02 - Titel 2"" inside the path of "D:/Musik/Mix/Martins Elektro Chillout Allstars/02 - Titel 1" ;)
so warzone searches something like
"D:/Musik/Mix/Martins Elektro Chillout Allstars/02 - Titel 1/D:/Musik/Mix/Martins Elektro Chillout Allstars/02 - Titel 2"

you are using full path for every file, so simple leave the "path="
and test again

perhaps you have to reanem the feinflug (should it be "feindflug" ? ;) ) file beacause of the umlaut ( ä )
but don't be sure about that

currently installing 2.1.2 for testing
then i'll tell you what to put where and what to edit...
:)

edit:
ooook ...
problem found

it's a mp3-file. mp3 is not working, it has to be an ogg-file
 why didn't i remember

just installed 2.1.2, moved a mp3-file into the global/autoload/music/music folder, edited the music.wpl for the file-entry and .... heard nothing ;)
used an ogg-file -> works fine

So i need to convert every single track into ogg ?
Maybe the workaround to use the VLC Player in background is better then.....

Found the reason why i tryed mp3:

From the german readme:
Die Playlist enthält zwei Abschnitte, [game] und [menu]. Für jeden Abschnitt können Sie eine Liste von Liedern definieren, die Sie im Spiel hören wollen. Zu den unterstützten Dateiformaten gehören OGG und MP3 solange die dazu benötigten Bibliotheken installiert sind.

means like :
the playlist must contain game and menu.for every menu you can edit your own tracks. The supported fileformats are OGG and MP3 as long as the right librarys are installed.

So i just need the right library for mp3.........

Warzone 2.1+ cannot use MP3. You need to use OGG.

additionally the trunk-versions are unable to use those playlist-parameters :(
only a simple list for ingame-music-files
