Verification: PIE 5?
I see in the Wiki that there is a format definition for PIE 5 and that it was supposed to be included in the current 2.1x release version. I do not, however, see any mention of this new version in the ChangeLog, nor do I see any indication in the Wiki that it has actually been implemented in 2.1. Before I start learning how to create addons for applications and/or work with models in unfamiliar applications, I'd find out if the program would read the format I intended to work in.
Thanks in advance (and update the Wiki if the format is indeed in use in 2.1 to indicate that it is so)

Work on PIE5 was abandoned in favour of the WZM format (which did not make it in 2.1). What do you want to do?

We should probably mention this on the relevant pages on the wiki.Per wrote:Work on PIE5 was abandoned in favour of the WZM format (which did not make it in 2.1). What do you want to do?

Re: Verification: PIE 5?
I was simply looking at what kinds of addons I should be writing for modeling applications, as well as figuring out what format I would be outputting. Looks like it'll be PIE 2 for a while longer?

PIE is the best choice if you want to support current versions of Warzone. It will take a while before WZM is in common use. I've updated the wiki.

Thanks for updating it - when I was originally looking at the info I was a little confused.
Do you mind if I (or someone else) move the PIE 5 information to it's own page to simplify the PIE page and make it a little less confusing?
