Re: WIKI to TRAC (frustrated helper)

I just tried to open the index in edit mode, so i could do a copy paste into a backup file before i started editing. Insted of the index i could only edit the index title which is totaly useless .

I want to help, but i honestly belive that before any real progress is to be achieved on the wiki, the existing contents need to be properly arranged and sub catigoried in a way that its easy for joe public to find what he is looking for.

I need some help in order to help. before the edit timer on this post has expired i shall create some synthetic screenshots of what i had assigned to myself as my first task, but im un able to achieve it due to red tape.

The TitleIndex is an auto generated page to show all of the pages in the wiki. You could create a Contents page and manually add pages/sub-contents pages into that. You could even link to it from the TitleIndex.

Ok here are the pictures to explain what i want to do...Purple Monkey, that sounds like a fantastic idea and that would help me immensly.
I have 2 questions 1) could the link to the Contents page be added to the same spot in the top right corner where (Start Page Index History Last Change) goes and 2) how do i make blank new pages, lol. im an old hat at admin in general but a noob to wiki and trac stuff =/
page 1.PNG
page 2.PNG
page 3.PNG
Obviously now Purple Monkey has spoken, how this is achieved my take a new route, but at least you can see now what im trying to achieve and the entire point i made this thread =)

Note: pages 2 and 3 are currently fakes created to visualise my idea.
