i cant seem to find any specific area on the forum where ppl list the mods they offer to the public, am i blind or does it not yet exist?

One of these days, we are going to have a way for people to upload all the mods and whatever else at one place...
Then we can allow votes on which is a good mod/whatever and so on.

More seriously, I do have plans for some sort of mod and map repository.
