That reminds me. I haven't actually seen the forum rules, and looking around, I can't find them. Anyone want to point me to them (and also make it more obvious where they are)?manaze wrote:Last edited by gerard_ on December 5th, 2008, 6:15 am, edited 1 time in total.
Reason: Thanks for wasting my time with this useless post. You know the forum rules right?
Furthermore, I'm not even sure how a converted Warzone for PSP would be against forum rules, especially now that pretty much everything about Warzone has been open-sourced.

In the footer of every page, called "Terms of use". They're also shown on the registration process.Zarel wrote:That reminds me. I haven't actually seen the forum rules, and looking around, I can't find them. Anyone want to point me to them (and also make it more obvious where they are)?
The problem is, that there is no real legal way to create/distribute games/applications for the PSP unless you have an agreement with Sony. At least it isn't legal at the place of jurisdiction of this website and where nearly all of us (Team Members) live. So, if we provide informations/tools/binary`s to this topic, we're moving on a very thin ice.Zarel wrote:Furthermore, I'm not even sure how a converted Warzone for PSP would be against forum rules, especially now that pretty much everything about Warzone has been open-sourced.
You can do whatever you want with the source (under the terms of the GPL of course), but please don't do it nor propagate it here, as long as it belongs to the upper topic.
And if you want to know: The first and third paragraph of the terms of use hook up at this topic:
Ok?Terms of use wrote: §1
You agree, through your use of this website, that you will not publish any material which is [...] or otherwise in violation of any International or German laws. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material.[...]
§3
[...] Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of this website, any related websites to this website, its staff, and its subsidiaries. [...]

The problem is the weight of the ammo. With the caseless ammo improvements and electronic firing tecnologies, higher caliber ammo will become more practical tactically...manaze wrote:7.62 and 50 .cal arent bad either.

yeah, im not sure who made this, but with the custom firmware on my psp, it is running great. Its funny to see all the advancments that have been made since this pre-historic version slimmed down. It is a bummer we cant coverse on this version more being in violation of forum rules.

Re: warzone 2100 for psp!
i thought due to Sony and other corporations recent infringement on access by the body politic that a slightly communist feel was necessary to express my distaste and remember kids: "the USA may have "won" the cold war but China, Cuba and Communism win in the end" shame really though communism was corrupted it turned into a thoroughly Orwellesian affair with all being equal but others more equal than others. this is down to human nature. communism will only work for the intellectual elite between members of their group attempts at generalising it just allows the elite to manipulate the cause for their own ends which is NOT what Karl Marx had in mind. sorry bout that went on a bit of a tangent there...
