Here are some screens of my base in a recent easy skirmish:

And yes, those are the structure limits. I had set it to 1 Factory, 1 VTOL Factory, 2 Cyborg Factories, 2 Repair Facilities, 2 Research Centers, and 4 Oil Derricks.
In the low-oil situation, the AIs went Zerg-ish and tried spamming large quantities of wheeled & half-tracked buggies armed with machine guns, along with cyborgs of various kinds, but didn't bother to do much research. I bunkered in completely and researched, built an air force, and then plinked each AI faction one-by-one by destroying their factories and then hunting down their trucks. Once that was done, I used Cyborg Transports loaded with Lancers and Grenadiers and Combat Engineers to remove any remaining units and set up VTOL Strike Towers within the ruined enemy bases to remove any remaining structures.
