How do i Enable the Cheats?

I want to know how do i enable cheats. Im playing on windows with the newest release candidate. i know i have to put --cheat or --cheats, but it always say invalid location. my game is installed into the default derectory "C:\Program Files\Warzone 2100\warzone2100.exe" Could someone just Copy and Paste the entire command line, so i can copy and paste it into my Target/New Shortcut?
If anyone could help, it would be a big thanks!

"C:\Program Files\Warzone 2100\warzone2100.exe" --cheat --debug

You technically don't need both of those, but there's no harm to it.

also dont forget the shifted backspace to enable / disable the cheats when in game.

and also the ctrl O control "oh" not control "0" zero to give you access to everything in game.
