in main map screen - look for the key SD this is where you will find all those settings.

Anyway, you have installed the editor to the wrong folder.
You have to follow the tutorials in order to have working WZ-editor.

You should use the datasets from samples folder, not from DATA folder.
All these things are described in the tutorials.
