what the difference between beta5 and beta5 deug version?
Anyway, i tried the 2 and i get error. that said:

Runtime error!

i all unistall and put the latest stable release but he don't work too
(don't open)
All get good before i install beta5, now, all don't work

Beta 5 doesn't contain the debug information that Beta 5 debug has. That is pretty much it.

As for your issue, post system specs.
Post/attach the error logs it has (stderr.txt or stdout.txt in your warzone2100.exe directory).

too late, i am correct now, it like a old version who bug the new. Don't said how i do this, i don't know. But it corrected.
