Anti-aliased cursors!

Doubled in size so you can see it more clearly.

So the original game's colored cursors were smaller than the should've been (20x20 instead of 32x32), so I just recolored and anti-aliased the black-and-white ones.

Here's all of them:

(Bridge and bomb aren't anti-aliased since they aren't used anywhere in the code.)

What do you all think?

I don't like the gray "X", it just doesn't have enough contrast to the buildings and what not, and it tends to blend in.

The original colors have a bit more contrast...

I've lightened them in my latest patch. What do you think of it now? I've said my rationale for not making it red - red otherwise means "attack", so it's better if it doesn't also mean "can't do this".
