Edit your 'config' file, OR just start the game via warzone2100.exe --window --resolution 640x480

What OS you on anyway?

It is a hidden directory in linux ~/.warzone2100*
It may be a hidden directory for windows. Search for 'screendumps' and you should be able to find the folder that has that, and all the other stuff in it.

Nah, it's in Documents/Warzone 2100 2.1/config by default.

That has changed a lot between versions, I think Beta 4 had it's files in documents & settings\username\local settings\application data\warzone 2100, most other versions have had their folder in my documents though, which is a lot easier to find.
