Re: Donation
AFAIK, no.
I am not really sure how it would work anyway, the only one really spending any $$$ is Kamaze, for this website.
Everyone else pays with time.

Re: Donation
It would be confusing trying to figure out what to do with the money, too. I suppose you could offer money to whoever implements a specific improvement or something.

Re: Donation
Just place a PayPal-Donate-Button on the Website or from another Paying Service, since PayPal isn't for free for People who get Money.
What else?

Well, yes, but how to split it up between the developers? That's the problem.Zi-Chan wrote:Just place a PayPal-Donate-Button on the Website or from another Paying Service, since PayPal isn't for free for People who get Money.

Or maybe we could just have a developer-fund, and then developers can use it to, like, buy Macs or something.

Re: Donation
I think there should be at least a donation button for the webhosting and bandwhich.
Also maybe that would allow wz2100.net to host the FMV's and music.

That service is provided (kindly) by Gna!, at no cost to us. The FMVs and music can be found there.Kayiaxo wrote:I think there should be at least a donation button for the webhosting and bandwhich.

Re: Donation
I had this crazy idea. What if people donated enough money for a TV commercial! or even news paper ads.
It would freak me out if I saw an ad for Warzone resurrection. It could be fun playing the media like a violin

Re: Donation
True, very true, and I would rather donate by helping out with code and all. But, I’m very illiterate when it comes to all that complicated JAZZ and C++. so I can only help out with what I do best: clean bathrooms. If you need a bathroom or some table cleaned, I can defiantly help you there.

Re: Donation
Ahh, no thank you. I’ll stick with good ol fashioned grunt work. Digging ditches and mixing cement just appeals to me more than coding. Mostly because I lack the cerebral capacity to understand the inner workings of game engines and the like.
