can't host anymore?

Okay before i got my vista to host games and I saw them in the lobby on my XP but now for some reason not even the Vista works anymore. I did take the laptop out of the house and connected to a different wireless internet, then brough it back home and tried it. Does the laptop get a new IP address everytime it connects wirelessly? What could have caused this sudden failure when I didnt change anything?

The laptop almost always gets a new IP address from the router.

Could it be that there are no games in the lobby to see, or maybe lobby is down, or ...?

If only it were so simple.

It seems to be working ok, it just finding someone else on is the hard part.
