I found a map i created almost 5 years ago on "Vtol's" site. It works with 1.10 and 1.11, im curious to know how to make it work with 2.1 grims or aivolution. Its in wdg format.
If ur interested in looking at it, see attached file.

do you still have the .LND file for that map? if so you can download the 32bit map editor and recompile it.
there is a dedicated section to maps/mods - with a link to the 32bit WorldEditor

Re: Adding custom 1.10 maps to 2.1
you can do the following.
1. grab WDGExplorer.
2. decompile the wdg file
3. place it in the world editor
4. have a look to make sure all is well with is
5 recompile it.
or
1. get the original version of warzone.
2. put your map in the directory
3. choose your map
4. take a screen shot of the map before the ui comes back.
5. make a new map - insert the above pic as a height map ( note: you will have to do some editing etc to make it the size it was originally.) i used this with the cam1adv map.
both work - i know - i have used both. keep in mind lots of patience is needed. xD
