How do i implement this cheat line?

i have downloaded the game from here (i still own the original pc version, though it won't work =D) and i noticed the 'cheat' topic on how to use the cheats.

however, i tried to do what was listed but upon entering game-play the cheats wouldn't work, even though i followed the right steps...

can someone be kind enough to say a step by step guide on how to use the --cheat and succesfully make it work?

i'd be really grateful =D

How about you tell us what you did, so we can tell you what you did wrong?  The --cheat command is a command line option.  You add that to your shortcut, or run the game via the command prompt, and tack it on at the end.  Like  1> Warzone2100.exe --cheat
Then once you do that, then in game, you have access to the other cheats as talked about on the wiki.

Yes.  More details.
Who said anything about the run command?  I said use the Command prompt, OR modify the shortcut.
For the command prompt, you "cd" to the warzone directory, then do "warzone2100.exe --cheat"  It is as simple as that.  (no quotes!)
Same with the shortcut, just modify he target by adding --cheat at the end.

i just found out how to put the --cheat as a shortcut, and upon testing, it worked =D

now i can start raising hell like i always loved to do  ;D
