possible to play multiplayer with a mod?

i just searched the forum and didnt see anything related to this, but is it possible to play multiplayer with a mod? as in host a game with a mod and have other people join you. if its possible how do you do it? ive already tried but i never got it to work.

Of course this is possible. Just make sure that all players have exactly the same mod, so their games do not differ.

Just give everybody the same mod and make everybody start the game with the corresponding parameters.

both players have the same mod and same version, when i try to connect to the host, the server doesnt show.

This is a completely different problem --> open a new thread and give a detailled description of the WZ-version used, the mod used and how you are trying to connect to the host.
