Hi,
I just loaded Warzone beta 2 on my computer, and when i load a custom level, the game immediately crashes with the following error:
error : openLoadFile: file multiplay\maps\2c-benexus/ttypes.ttp could not be opened: Insecure filename
error : Assert in Warzone: frame.c:302 : openLoadFile (!"unable to open file"), last script event: ''
error : loadMapPreview: Failed to load terrain types file
error : openLoadFile: file multiplay\maps\2c-benexus.gam could not be opened: Insecure filename

i have this level in the attachments also. both maps are in zip format, just rename them to wz after u get them.

Can you use the newer version of the EW32--I modified it so it will work without issue on 2.1?
The one you are using won't work with BETA 2.1...
You can find it in the map/modding section, in the sticky.

okay i installed the new editworld and i compiled my map in that version, but still i get the assemblypointlocation error. do you know what could be causing this error?

I can't even load the .lnd file, says error reading imd. At this point in time, I am not quite sure why.
Did you use windows & ew32 to make the map, or did you use wine & ew32?
Using the .wz, I get the same errors as you, but it looks like a map issue, unless you have a map that really looks like this?
It can't find any map tiles to use where the structures are...

really? because i can load it ind EW32 just fine. i used windows and EW to make it. here are some details of the map: the level is 128x128 in size, sea level is 0, height scale is 5, it uses the desert tiles, both tile texture sizes are 128, both bases are islands, and there are 8 gateways. and yes the picture you posted is exactly what my map looks like. will these details help at all? i do believe that it is the tile texture sizes that are causing this problem because an urban map i made with Size X being 64 and Y being 128. Perhaps this is the problem. but if it is, how can I get past this without the cut-in-half tiles?
