Hi guys, I've just re-installed this game after years of not playing - brilliant to see its still going, and great work keeping it alive!
Anyway, I know this has probably been asked a million and one times, but I've downloaded the lastest version you've made and now want to play online against some human players for a laugh, but can't seem to find any games... Is there any specific time I should look on the "lobby"? Is there anywhere that says when people are starting games? Or if nothing is coming up is it more likely to be something wrong on the side of my computer not allowing games to appear?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers!

Well, if you have the correct ports open on your fw/router, then you should be able to talk to the master server.andyforhire wrote: Hi guys, I've just re-installed this game after years of not playing - brilliant to see its still going, and great work keeping it alive!

9997-9999 I think.
For games, it only shows them when it has them, so if you don't see any, then either port is being blocked, or no games.
I guess the best thing to try is try to get on IRC and find some player, or host a game yourself, and wait (and wait...and wait...) or post a forum message asking anyone who wants to play @ a certain time.
Hopefully, this will be improved sometime in the future.
and it ends here.

Re: Online multiplayer
How can they be opened? I'm having problems with that via gamespy.
BTW: It's not my router, but they will be opened when needed.

[no it isn't] (download Warzone 2100 cd 1, 356 MB zip)
and 1.10 patch... (not 1.10 no cd!)
that link is allowed coz i did it already : ).
?topic=559.msg11739#msg11739
maybe its your firewall.
you can only join games when you open these "2" ports.
for host games you must open all.

Re: Online multiplayer
Whats the problem about, to accept the little rule that we don't want links to sites where you can download the original CD's?
Something like abandonware doesn't exist here in Germany. And that a software isn't in sale anymore doesn't allow you to download it for free. Please respect this.
Someone who wants to get access to some software (mostly illegal) will be able to do so.
But please don't do some active help, because that can cause a lot of trouble for us.
Thanks.
